Jenny Casteel
Co-owner and designated broker for Casteel Real Estate Professionals, Jenny is active in helping buyers find the right home for their specific needs. An experienced Arizona real estate professional, Jenny has also been licensed in California and has been selling real estate for over 10 years.
Jenny has helped hundreds of excited families find their new home, including first-time home buyers, move-up/move-down home buyers, and second-home/vacation home buyers. Her clientele includes local residents, out-of-state and winter visitors. She also has a strong understanding of Canadian requirements for non-resident ownership, having helped dozens of our friends from north of the border with financing arrangements, funds transfers, tax preparation, and titling property.
Interested in the success of the community around her, Jenny has facilitated groups discussing financial cornerstones, including debt reduction, investment, savings, and family budgeting.
Prior to her real estate career, Jenny was Director of Childrens Education for an international training organization. Additionally, she was an elementary educator in the Department of Defense school system and is a graduate of Arizona State University.
Alex Casteel
As co-owner of Casteel Real Estate Professionals, Alex has assisted home owners to maximize their profits in minimum time by leveraging his corporate marketing experience, the result of having developed a strong marketing program for home sellers in the community.
As a Certified Distressed Property Expert®, he also works with home sellers who are facing financial hardships and helps them to discover the best solution for their situation. He has represented several different lenders and asset management companies in selling lender-owned properties in Mesa and other Valley cities.
An accomplished speaker, Alex presents on topics such as buying HUD-owned properties, the foreclosure process, distressed sales, and finding financial opportunities within troubled markets with audiences ranging from real estate agents and brokers to Valley of the Sun business leaders and church groups.

Alex earned a Master of Business Administration from the top-ranked W. P. Carey School of Business where he specialized in technology and marketing. He actively blogs for The Arizona Real Estate Gateway, discussing topics from short sales and foreclosures to “normal sales” and marketing.
Alex is a former F-15C fighter pilot with nine years of active duty service, including tours in Okinawa, Japan, and Panama City, Florida. He also served as president of the Savona Community Association and as a board member of the Zaharis PTO.
